- Use a low heat source to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pan. The triple-ply bottom distributes heat evenly, so high heat is not necessary. In addition, you save energy
- When using the pan on a gas stove, the flame should not exceed the base of the pan. If using an electric plate, the plate should have a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the pan
- Always dissolve salt in boiling water or with the food, stirring the ingredients at the beginning of cooking
- Do not heat food by placing a pan of the same diameter on top of another. This procedure is dangerous, as it creates a vacuum and makes it impossible to remove it
- If the lid of the Tramontina stainless steel pan becomes stuck due to the vacuum effect during cooling, simply pull it off or heat it again until the vacuum effect is neutralized
- The stainless steel handles heat up during cooking. We recommend using gloves when handling them
