• Our Home section team will assist you in selecting the products.

• Gifts can be stored with us or delivered at your request.

• You’ll earn 10% store cashback (as Galeries Lafayette Gift Card) on full-price items (select lines, excluding consignment and electronics).

How It Works?

Step 1: Choose Your Registry Type ✅

• Open List – Guests contribute a monetary gift to your dedicated Galeries Lafayette account.

• Set List – Create a curated list of products from our store for your guests to purchase directly.

Step 2: Visit Us In-Store 📍

Meet our Customer Service team at Galeries Lafayette Dubai to open your registry. Bring valid IDs and complete a short registration and contract to get started.

Step 3: Share With Guests 🎉

Once your registry is active, your guests can contribute at our cashier counters or shop from your personalized list.

Step 4: Receive Updates 📧

You’ll receive a weekly email summary every Sunday with the latest activity on your registry from our Customer Service team.

Step 5: Enjoy the Gifts 🎁

• When your registry period ends or when you’re ready, you can request delivery or collection of your gifts.

• For Set Lists, our team will confirm the delivery date, address, and inventory availability.

Step 6: Closing the Registry 📝

Your registry will remain open for 12 months, or you can close it earlier upon request via phone, email, or by visiting Customer Service.
